One of the main tools and techniques that assisting me on my healing journey was yoga and meditation.
I now can’t imagine going one single day with doing at least one of these practises.
I usually start my day with a cup of warm lemon and ginger water followed by either a 20-30 minute morning meditation or yoga practise.
This routine has allowed my busy morning mind and anxiety to dissolve, calm, melt away and allows me to ground, centre and take a few moment with myself before I start my day.
