Golden Latte

There is nothing more nourishing on a cold day, when your on your moon cycle or in need of some happiness than a warm golden latte.


  • ¾ teaspoon organic turmeric
  • ¼  teaspoon organic cinnamon
  • Pinch of black pepper (increases absorption)
  • ¼ teaspoon ground organic ginger or fresh ginger root
  • 1 teaspoon raw honey
  • Milk of choice


Place all spices in a small pot (or Turkish pot) with enough hot water to cover the spices & stir well. Simmer on the stove for 3-5 minutes till the spices become aromatic. 

Add your milk and simmer until the milk is hot.

Pour into a cup and serve with raw honey if desired.
