Cacao Smoothie

INGREDIENTS

1 cup almond milk or alternative milk

2 fresh pitted dated (soaked in boiling water for 10 minutes if hard)

1 tablespoon nut butter

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1/4 tsp nutmeg

1 tsp cacao power.

 

DIRECTIONS

Blend and drink.

Great breakfast or afternoon pick me up.
