Meditation is an internal tool we all have to transform our minds, body and soul. Meditation is a mindfulness practice to help achieve a clearer mind, emotional calm and relaxed state of being.

The intention for every meditation is to become aware of what’s going on in the present moment without judging it. It is not to control or stop your thoughts and emotions, but to become aware of them, let them go and surrender to them.
