I’m a CPA accountant transformed into one of Australia’s leading Kinesiologist, energy and cycles mentor, yoga and meditation teacher. Why the change?
Because at age 30 I hit complete rock bottom with totaly burnout, chronic fatigue and autoimmune disease and was unable to work for 18 months. And the sad truth is that my story is not that uncommon!
I am on a mission to educate as many workplaces and their employees about the importance of reducing burnout, increased wellbeing and energy optimisation for all staff.
