Women's Restore Retreat

Taking space and time for ourselves is essential, and even more so for women.

 

As women we are so good at giving, but often not very good at giving back to ourselves or allowing ourselves to receive. 

 

This retreat was created as It is what I personally crave myself. Peace, quiet, whole food, yoga, deep breathing, nature, pure receiving and connection with myself and other like minded women.

 

This weekend retreat is for women who are seeking:

* Total switch off time

* Refilling their self energy cup

* Re-connection with their bodies

* Who want to be held, nurtured and nourished

* Create space to breath and reflect

* Two day full days of self care time

* Connect with like minded women

What’s Included:

* Retreat Intention + journalling practises

* Daily rest and restore workshops

* Group Kinesiology balance

* Healthy vegetarian meals by a whole-foods chef. Vegan and gluten free options available with each meal.

* Yoga – gentle morning movements, yin, restorative practises and yoga nidra

* Various meditations – Tibetan sound healing, breath, seated, lying, written etc

* Use of essential oils, angle cards and all things required to nourish your soul and much more

* Free time to rest, nap, walk, journal, read and enjoy the beautiful nature of the property

Details:

Date: Friday 1st May to Sunday 3rd May 2020

Time: Arrive from 3:00pm, ending at approx 2:30pm

Location: Riverdale, 55 Cavanagh Rd, Wesburn, VIC 3799 (Near Warburton)

(Riverdale provided a true nature escape where you can experience off the grid living; solar power is used for the house and yoga studio).

 

Room Types

Bunks: $550.00 + GST per person (8 bunks available)

Twin Share: $650.00 + GST per person (Two rooms available to share with a friend or family member)

Double Bed (Private Cottage Room): $800.00 + GST (One available)

This is a small intimate retreat of 13 women only.

*** Non-refundable deposits of $200.00 is required to secure your spot. Payments can also be made in full.

NOTES: (Please read prior to purchasing)

  1. Full retreat schedule will be available 2 days prior to the weekend.

  2. Guests are welcome to arrive at the retreat venue from 3.00pm. The opening circle will start from 4.00pm.

  3. The retreat will close at 2pm on Sunday 3rd May 2020.

  4. All yoga classes are gentle, slow, restorative and for all yoga levels (including beginners who have never done yoga before).

  5. Please be aware that all classes are optional. Guests can opt in and out of the schedule depending on their own wants, needs and feelings.

  6. All meals will be vegetarian with vegan and gluten free variations available. Please email me for any specific dietary requirements if the above are not accomodating.

  7. Payment plans are available. A minimum of $200.00 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your place, please email ilana@ilanak.com.au notifying which room type you wish to book prior to paying your deposit. The remaining amount is due 2 weeks prior to the retreat via bank transfer.

  8. You will need to bring your own yoga mat, small pillow and blanket for use in yoga, meditation and workshop classes. Full itinerary of what to bring will be emailed the week prior to the retreat.
