I’m Ilana Kosakiewicz from Ilana K Kinesiology. My own health journey with chronic fatigue and auto-immune disease taught me that slowing down, finding moments of stillness, living in the now and listening to your body’s inner wisdom and intuition are not just important – they are essential.

Q: CAN I PAUSE OR CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP?
A: Of course. If you’re going on holiday, you can pause the membership and re-commence when you return. If you need to cancel for another reason, you can do this at any time.
Q: HOW LONG CAN I ACCESS ALL THE MEMBERSHIP CONTENT?
A: You’ll have access to the portal and all the content within the membership (with the resource library growing every day!) for as long as you’re a paid up member.
Q: IS THERE MUSIC PROVIDED FOR THE CLASSES?
A: Yes, you’ll be able to hear music during class. There will also be a link on the class page to access the music. If you prefer, you can always listen to your own favourite music.
Q: HOW LONG DO THE CLASSES RUN FOR?
A: There is a range of gentle yoga classes, meditations, breath-work, monthly moon rituals, women’s circles and more on offer. Classes range from 10-75 minutes, so you’ll always find something that fits with your schedule.
Q: HOW DOES THE MEMBERSHIP WORK?
A: The membership gives you unlimited access to on-demand classes and events. It also includes access to weekly live streamed classes at no additional cost. You get access to our sisterhood women’s community, plus any extra bonuses offered each year.
Q: HOW DO I ACCESS THE MEMBERSHIP?

Q: HOW MUCH SPACE DO I NEED?
A: Not much at all, just enough space to roll out your yoga mat or a towel. Most classes will only take up the space of your mat or just slightly outside it.
Q: HOW OFTEN SHOULD I PRACTICE?
A: It’s really about listening to your own body and committing to a practice that works for your lifestyle. 2-3 times a week is a great place to start if you can manage it.
